Returns Policy


Mobility Reborn values its customers and their needs and will be sure to handle any issues as soon as possible and as best as possible. Due to the nature of the products sold in this store, Mobility Reborn is unable to offer any kind of refund (including items on sale) or allow for the return of any items purchased. Mobility Reborn will however handle your case in the best way possible to ensure that you the customer are happy.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Proof of an defective / damage, unused and in its original packaging needs to provided to us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mobilityreborn@gmail.com and we will get back to you concerning this matter as soon as possible. 

Shipping
To return the item please email: mobilityreborn@gmail.com to receive the address of the nearest postal address to you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will ensure that we update you with the exchanged products delivery date. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
